ITSector is hiring and preparing the new headquarters

Inside-News-POP-Overcoming-&-Growth-(2021)-1400 × 700pxIn an adverse year of pandemic, a situation that has overwhelmed the entire world, ITSector continues to overcome and grow, having exceeded 100 hires and continuing to seek more candidates to fill several job opportunities. In addition, the company headquarters in Porto is also preparing to move to a brand new office.

Renato Oliveira, President and CEO of ITSector supports this reality, stating "We continue to recruit in order to strengthen our teams and increase production capacity so that we can respond effectively to our national and international projects".

The need to hire for all Hubs remains and opportunities are open for various profiles, including Software Architects, .NET, Android and iOS Developers, Software Testers, and Functional Analysts.

The new office, which will be ready at the beginning of 2021, is located in Porto Office Park (POP), a building in the heart of the city, with wide spaces, natural light, multiple restaurants, gym, paddle tennis courts, among others services and amenities.

“To ensure the continuity of this growth, we decided to change facilities and we opted for a new space with modern architecture, good access, and a place that reflects our image and culture. This way, we promote the well-being and motivation of employees, in a comfortable, inspiring and innovative environment”, explains Renato Oliveira.

“These changes complete a mixed model of home-office and face-to-face work, which has already been adopted and improved in recent months and complies with all DGS recommendations. It is a free seating policy with rotation between employees working in the office and at home. It also has the advantage of allowing teams to return safely to the offices,   safeguarding all the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health”, as indicated by Renato Oliveira.
