On September 27th and 29th, ITSector will open its doors to the academy and university students to show how the daily life of a leading tech company in Portugal is.
The initiative will take place in the development centers of Porto, Braga, Bragança, and Castelo Branco. Applications, which are limited, are open until September 21st.
According to Sofia Videira, ITSector’s Talent Acquisition Specialist: “by hosting initiatives such as Open Days, our main goal is to present our different facilities, as well as the values and culture that guide us. Our purpose is also to give visibility to the career opportunities that we currently have available, particularly the coming Next Level Academy edition, aimed at all university students who are searching for curricular internships integrated with their Bachelor or Masters”.
All the participants will benefit not only from a welcome kit, but also from networking moments with different technology professionals, from developers to analysts; testers, or even project managers.
Sofia Videira adds, “The networking component is crucial to enhance the participants' career opportunities”. This initiative takes place at a time when ITSector sets the goal of hiring another 150 employees by the end of the year, as a result of a growth motivated by the increase in sales volume.
Open Days are aimed not only at university students but also at everyone with a particular interest in the field of Information Technologies or those looking to learn more about ITSector.
Open Days will take place on September 27th in Porto between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. On September 29th, the initiative will be promoted at the Braga, Bragança, and Castelo Branco offices, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
