ITSector opens its office’s doors to new talents

ITSector has opened registrations for the 2nd edition of the Open Days initiative, which will take place on June 15 and 16. Throughout these days, Braga, Bragança and Porto’s Development Centres will open their doors to welcome students, recent graduates and professionals interested in learning about the work environment and career opportunities.

With the Open Days initiative, ITSector’s goal is to share its DNA, culture, and values while promoting the testimonies of its employees in the first person. This event is aimed mainly at students and recent graduates in computer science and engineering or similar areas, as well as professionals interested in the software development sector.

The Open Days’ program will include a company presentation, brief moments with group dynamics, a tour of the facilities, and a pitch by ITSector employees – who will share not only their work path but also the projects and technologies they work with – and, of course, a coffee break where the attendants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and clarify all the questions regarding employment opportunities and professional growth in the company, with ITSector professionals.

Over 30 new talents attended the first edition of the Open Days initiative in 2022, from students and recent graduates to professionals looking for professional reconversion. This year, ITSector hopes to replicate this initiative’s success, which promises to be an excellent opportunity for the attendants to learn about the company, make professional connections and explore career opportunities in the technological area. The Open Days begin on June 15 at 3 pm in Braga and Bragança. In Porto, it will be on June 16 at 2:30 pm. Registrations are open until June 9 and are available through the link.
