This year’s curricular internships programme has just launched

The Next Level Academy is here! The programme dedicated to young graduates or master's students who want to enter the labour market has opened almost 20 internship opportunities in the areas of .NET, React, Android, iOS, and copywriting. Registrations are open until February 4.

During the first month of the internship, the trainee will be integrated into the Academy where they will be given training in a particular technology to promote initial integration. Afterwards, the student will work on a project related to the chosen technology. The internships last four months.

"In the fourth year of this program, ITSector's top focuses continue to be attracting talent and providing chances for young people to develop their skills. Besides providing a good professional experience, being part of this initiative also provides a social and relatable one. It is an investment in the future, with a strong focus on individual and collective development, through integration in a challenging and learning environment, as well as one close to and guided by our people," comments Stéphanie Dermagne, Talent Acquisition Director at ITSector.

The main goal of the Next Level Academy is to value and train junior profiles with technological skills. By the end of the programme, the trainees may get the opportunity/chance to join the company, as is the case of Miguel Rodrigues, a graduate in Computer Engineering, who took part in the last edition and has been working at ITSector ever since. "The Next Level Academy opened doors for me to the challenges of digital transformation and the financial world. The fact we not only had training but also practical experience in innovative projects, was essential for my professional development," he says.
