The tech programme that wants to integrate final year undergraduate and master students.
ITSector's paid internship initiative is already open for applications and we have 16 openings to fill in the areas of .Net, Android, iOS and REACT.
The first edition of Next Level Academy, started in November, with the opening of the first application stage, and it is targeted at young final year undergraduate or masters students that want to join the job market.
In the first stage of this internship, students will be included in Academies, where they will be given training in a specific technology, to promote initial integration. After that, the trainees will be integrated in a real project related to the selected technology. The trainees will have a trainee-ship supervisor, in a 100% remote work regime (which will take place at least in this initial phase).
The final internship prize will be 500€ for internships of six months or more - and proportional for periods of less than six months along with a food allowance. The award will take into account criteria such as the final grade of the internship, peer evaluation and attendance.
Goals of this programme
Valuing and attracting junior profiles and empowering students with technological skills are some of the goals of the new ITSector programme, with the ambition to achieve a 100% integration of interns and transform the internship opportunity into a job.
"The Next Level Academy is a pioneering initiative in ITSector, targeted to future talents in the IT area, with a particular focus on technologies that challenge us to be at the leading edge of market trends. Assuming as a duty the proximity of the academic and corporate world in terms of social responsibility, we aim to contribute to an alignment of the skills that are valued by both and to cooperate in the training and development of these students. We intend to provide Next Level Academy participants with a unique and immersive experience, within a challenging, positive and multicultural environment, always mentored by experienced professionals", emphasizes Stéphanie Dermagne, Talent Acquisition Manager of ITSector.
The selection of candidates for the Next Level Academy, which will start in February, will be made through CV analysis, group dynamics and behavioral and technical interviews. The first application phase for this programme is running until 30 November.
