ITSector boosts the Digital Transformation of BCTT

The solution 'Banco CTT - The Connected Bank', was developed in a close partnership between ITSector and BCTT.

Through a Banking Platform with a diversified offer, connected in a transparent way to its partners, selecting the range of products and services most relevant to its customers.


The Journey

The project started eight months before the first line of code was written. A joint investment with partners in the design of the solution, it is guiding principles, future vision from an architectural, technological, and best user experience point of view.

In a close partnership between IT sector and BCTT, we designed a cloud native architecture using the Azure platform to support the rapid evolution of the Bank's digital channels, creating conditions to improve the service provided.

This transformation was implemented with agile and DevOps methodologies, and with basic support for an event architecture to enrich customers digital journeys.


The Results

In just eight months of powerful reinforcement of digital options with a new user experience, better navigation, simplicity, and accessibility, but mostly increasing the speed with which BCTT can create and deploy new customer journeys and use them in all channels, including the in-store experience, focus on each individual product and service, which is improved and optimized through greater customer proximity and convenience, and with a strengthening of trust by ensuring the best security standards. BCTT will evolve the digital channels to ensure an optimal experience anytime, anywhere in line with the banking as platform strategy that the bank has always followed.
